Pathos, including the operational assets of designfund.dk, was sold as part of a management and founder buy-out transaction on February 27, 2021.

Since the initial investor consortia was formed in 2015, the Company has advanced from from the operation of single-brand webshops based on consumers’ active online searches for well-known interior brands and meeting consumers’ specific online brand/product searches by offering specialist single-brand webshops, into the unified shopping platform designfund.dk, initially operational in Denmark and later expanded into Sweden and Norway.
