OTW Capital, alongside other investors, has today divested its shareholding in Nordic Health Institute ApS, a Danish based healthcare services provider, comprising the innovative 30:30 pain treatment solution.
The transaction comprises a majority stake in in Nordic Health Institute and represents a full exit for Over the Water Capital, which has been an investor actively contributing to the considerable growth of Nordic Health Institute since 2017.
OTW Capital, alongside other investors, has today divested its shareholding in Pathos ApS, the Nordic e-tailer for premium household brands including the activities of designfund.dk.
The transaction comprises a large minority stake in Pathos and represents a full exit for Over the Water Capital, which has been an investor actively contributing to the considerable growth of Pathos since 2015.

The investment targets the expansion of healthcare provider Nordic Health Institute and its innovative 30:30 pain treatment solution in Denmark and Sweden.
On March 2, 2017, State Drinks ApS, the company behind STATE – the balanced energy drink – announced the successful completion of a funding round. Following the launch of STATE in Denmark in 2015, the new investment will support further growth of the company including a Nordic expansion. The investment was supported by new investors Erik Skjærbæk, entrepreneur and shareholder in Parken Sport and Entertainment in Copenhagen, brothers Søren and Jesper Henriksen, and Anders Marcus, partner in Obton (investment management) as well as a majority of the existing shareholders including Danish football star Christian Eriksen and investment firm OTW Capital AB.

The latter is derived from the rapid increase of wireless connectivity in recent years.
